All packed up and ready to leave for a night in the desert 😀
Loved the subtle sunshine and the soft breeze.
This was the black desert and I was stunned by its amazing landscape 🙂
Jumping from the top into the sunset.
And jumping into the concave.
Felt like I was on top of the world when I stood on this rock.
Eveything was perfect. The breeze, the sunset, the shadow…..
On our way to the white desert.
The sun was setting by the time we arrived at the white desert.
So we set the fire and cooked dinner and decided to spend the night here.
I slept by the fire looking at the stars listening to the woods burning.
And the morning sun arose. This place was surrounded by many sculpture-looking shapes
which made it feel very cozy.
My bed on the sand XD
The ashes were blown onto my face during the night and I had to wake up with an ash-covered face.
Everyone was laughing at me.
And the “Camel”.
They were all very beautiful.
This was cut into half and I could fit myself in there 🙂
On our way to the crystal desert.
Our last place, where the sand was actually very soft.
I rolled down the hill and also sandboarded here.
Next to the roads were pretty much empty and deserted.
Heading back to Cairo with our unfogettable memories from this beautiful Bahriya desert.
And I had to take my last photo barefeet, of course 😉
To Cairo here we go.
At the service station on our way back, I bought these dates with almonds.
Yummmmmmy and they definetely topped off my wonderful journey.
